Quality control is an important factor in customer satisfaction. Quality control is a set of procedures intended to ensure that a manufactured product adheres to a defined set of quality criteria and meets the requirements of the customer.

It is important to perform quality control early in the production process.

Our quality control procedures involve the following steps;

  1. The merchandise we provide has to be approved prior to the decoration phase.
  2. The logo placement, color and imaging is verified with our client.
  3. The merchandise is decorated.
  4. Products arrive at the ONE! Brand Partner warehouse and are inspected by our qualified team members.
  5. The items are checked for quantity, color and decoration to confirm that the specifics are accurate as per the customer’s order.
  6. The products are then repackaged and shipped to customers in a timely manner.
  7. We follow up with our clients upon arrival of shipment to ensure customer  satisfaction.

Our Quality Control is performed in house by our employees. The ONE! Brand Partner team is knowledgeable about the products and services of the company as well as our customers’ needs. True quality control requires a strong commitment from all members of the company or business. Outsourcing quality control is costly and less effective.
